All permits must be obtained from the
Troy Fire Department
323-2468 or 948 3060.

Burn permits will only be given out
Weekdays after 5 pm and
Weekends from 7am to 10 am.

and burn permits are only issued on the day of the burn.

This means you can only burn after 5 pm on weekdays and Saturdays!
